Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, accessing, or using KeyPass Authenticator, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Service Description

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) and TOTP authenticator code generation.
• Secure storage and management of authenticator accounts and setup secrets.
• Passkey creation and management where supported.
• Autofill of verification codes and passkeys for websites and applications where supported.
• QR code scanning, backup, restore, and synchronization features.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your device unlock method (PIN, Face ID, Touch ID, or other credentials) secure and confidential.
• Maintain access to your recovery and backup information.
• Ensure the accuracy of authenticator accounts and passkeys stored in the App.
• Use the application only for lawful purposes.

Important Security Notice

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding access to your device and the App.
• If you lose access to your device or encrypted data without a backup, recovery of authenticator tokens may not be possible.
• We cannot recover, reset, or access your encrypted authenticator or passkey data.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important authenticator accounts.

Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to bypass security protections.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or disrupting the application.
• Using the application for unlawful activities.
• Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a premium subscription.
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Disclaimer

• The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important authenticator accounts and passkeys.
• We are not responsible for loss of access caused by device failures, forgotten unlock credentials, or user actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
