Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, accessing, or using No Nut November – Challenge, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• You confirm that you are at least 17 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

• Track personal challenge progress, streaks, and check-ins for the No Nut November challenge.
• Use timers, calendars, reminders, and motivational tools to stay accountable.
• View milestones and related challenge features designed to support self-discipline.
• Customize settings and unlock Premium features where available.

User Responsibilities

• Use the application only for lawful purposes and only if you meet the age requirement.
• Use the challenge features responsibly and stop if the experience becomes unhealthy for you.
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID account.
• Manage auto-renewal settings for any Premium subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application.
• Using the app to interfere with service operations or other users.
• Uploading malicious content or attempting unauthorized access to related systems.
• Violating applicable local, national, or international laws.

Advertising

• The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Ads.
• Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control all ad creatives shown in the app.
• Use of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a Premium plan subscription.
• If you upgrade to the Premium plan, payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID account.
• You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• No Nut November – Challenge is a personal habit and challenge tracker and is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment for any condition.
• We do not guarantee that you will complete the challenge or achieve any specific personal outcome.
• We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions, device failures, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
