Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, accessing, or using ToDo List - Reminder & Tasks, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

• Create, edit, complete, and organize to-do lists and tasks.
• Set due dates, priorities, categories, and related task details.
• Receive optional reminders and notifications for upcoming tasks.
• Customize preferences and unlock Premium features where available.

User Responsibilities

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.
• Keep backups of important tasks when needed, since device storage can be lost or reset.
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID account.
• Manage auto-renewal settings for any Premium subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Allow notification permissions if you want reminder alerts to work.

Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application.
• Using the app to interfere with service operations or other users.
• Uploading malicious content or attempting unauthorized access to related systems.
• Violating applicable local, national, or international laws.

Advertising

• The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Ads.
• Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control all ad creatives shown in the app.
• Use of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a Premium plan subscription.
• If you upgrade to the Premium plan, payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID account.
• You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, especially if notifications are disabled or the device is offline.
• We do not guarantee that tasks will never be lost due to device failure, app deletion, OS updates, or user actions.
• We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions, device failures, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
