• Resize image resolution and dimensions while aiming to preserve quality.
• Find and help you remove duplicate photos.
• Detect and help you manage similar photos.
• Optimize photos for sharing, messaging, and cloud storage.
• Manage and export compressed or cleaned-up photos.

User Responsibilities

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure you have the necessary rights to process photos using the app.
• Review photos carefully before deleting duplicates or similar images; deletions you confirm cannot always be undone.
• Maintain the security of your device and account.
• Review exported content before sharing or publishing.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the app to violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application.
• Uploading malicious content or interfering with service operations.
• Violating applicable local, national, or international laws.

Advertising

• The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Ads.
• Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control all ad creatives shown in the app.
• Use of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a premium subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We do not guarantee that compression results, duplicate detection, or similar-photo detection will be perfect or meet every user's expectations.
• We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions (including confirmed photo deletions), device failures, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
