Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, accessing, or using CV Maker & Resume Builder, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

• Create and edit CVs and resumes using templates and formatting tools.
• Add personal details, work experience, education, skills, and other resume sections.
• Preview and export documents in supported formats.
• Customize appearance, layouts, and related resume-building features.
• Unlock Premium features where available.

User Responsibilities

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.
• Ensure the information you enter in your CV or resume is accurate and that you have the right to use any photos or content you add.
• Review exported documents before sharing or submitting them to employers.
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID account.
• Manage auto-renewal settings for any Premium subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the app to create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application.
• Uploading malicious content or interfering with service operations.
• Violating applicable local, national, or international laws.

Advertising

• The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Ads.
• Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control all ad creatives shown in the app.
• Use of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a Premium plan subscription.
• If you upgrade to the Premium plan, payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID account.
• You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We do not guarantee that using the app will result in job interviews, employment, or any specific career outcome.
• Templates and suggestions are provided for convenience and may not meet every employer or industry requirement.
• We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions, device failures, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
