• By downloading, accessing, or using KeyPass - Passwords & Passkeys, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Service Description

• Secure password management and storage.
• Passkey creation and management.
• Password autofill for websites and applications.
• Secure storage of notes, documents, payment cards, identities, licenses, and personal information.
• Password generation, password health checks, backup, restore, and synchronization features.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your Master Password secure and confidential.
• Maintain access to your recovery and backup information.
• Ensure the accuracy of information stored within the vault.
• Use the application only for lawful purposes.

Important Security Notice

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Master Password.
• If your Master Password is lost, recovery of encrypted vault data may not be possible.
• We cannot recover, reset, or access your encrypted vault contents.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.

Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to bypass security protections.
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or disrupting the application.
• Using the application for unlawful activities.
• Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a premium subscription.
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
• We are not responsible for loss of access caused by forgotten Master Passwords, device failures, or user actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
