• Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Description

• Track smoke-free time, streaks, and quit progress.
• Estimate money saved and set savings goals based on information you provide.
• View health recovery milestones and achievement badges to stay motivated.
• Use craving support tools, reminders, and related features to help you stay smoke-free.
• Customize your quit journey settings and unlock Premium features where available.

User Responsibilities

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information for progress and savings estimates.
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID account.
• Manage auto-renewal settings for any Premium subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
• Seek professional medical advice when needed; the app is not a substitute for clinical care.

Prohibited Uses

• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the application.
• Using the app to interfere with service operations or other users.
• Uploading malicious content or attempting unauthorized access to related systems.
• Violating applicable local, national, or international laws.

Advertising

• The free version of the app may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob / Google Ads.
• Ad content is provided by third parties; we do not control all ad creatives shown in the app.
• Use of advertising-related data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a Premium plan subscription.
• If you upgrade to the Premium plan, payment will be charged to your iTunes / Apple ID account.
• You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings before the renewal date.
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• Quitly is a wellness and habit-support tool and is not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment for nicotine addiction or any other condition.
• We do not guarantee that you will quit smoking, avoid cravings, or achieve any specific health or financial outcome.
• Savings and health milestone information are estimates for motivation and may not reflect your individual results.
• We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from user actions, device failures, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
