Information We Collect

• Device information such as device model, operating system version, language settings, country, and app version.
• Subscription and purchase information provided by Apple to verify premium access and manage subscriptions.
• Diagnostic information, crash reports, and anonymous analytics used to improve application performance and reliability.
• Support requests, feedback, and communications voluntarily submitted by users.
• User-provided text entered for email generation, rewriting, summarization, translation, reply suggestions, or other AI assistance may be processed to provide requested features.
• Google Account and Gmail data, only when you explicitly connect your Google Account and grant permission through Google’s OAuth authorization system (described below).

Google Account & Gmail Data

AI Email Writer allows users to securely connect their Google Account and Gmail account through Google’s OAuth authorization system. We access Google user data only after the user explicitly grants permission.

Our application is an email client that lets users manage their own Gmail account inside the app. Depending on the permissions authorized by the user, our application may access and process Gmail data including:

• Email messages and message content
• Sender and recipient information
• Email subject lines
• Inbox, All Mail, and unread messages
• Sent messages
• Draft messages
• Starred / pinned messages
• Archived messages
• Messages in Trash
• Gmail labels and message status (for example, read/unread)

We use this Google user data only to provide user-requested email client and productivity functionality, including:

• Displaying and searching emails across Inbox, Unread, Sent, Drafts, Pinned/Starred, Archived, Trash, and related views
• Reading emails and showing message details
• Marking messages as read or unread
• Starring / pinning or unstarring / unpinning messages
• Archiving messages and restoring messages from Trash
• Moving messages to Trash and managing mailbox state
• Creating and managing drafts
• Composing emails, replying to emails, and sending emails on the user’s behalf
• Providing suggestion lists and AI-assisted compose, generate, rewrite, summarize, reply, translate, or proofread features when the user explicitly requests them

The requested Gmail scope is required because the app needs both read access and permission to modify messages and mailbox state to provide these email client features. Gmail data is accessed only on behalf of the authenticated user.

We do not sell Google user data and do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, creditworthiness determination, lending, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide email client functionality for connected Gmail accounts as described in this Privacy Policy.
• Provide user-requested AI-powered email features such as generation, rewriting, replies, suggestions, summarization, translation, and proofreading.
• Process user-provided text (separate from Google user data) to generate or improve AI-powered email content when requested by the user.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Verify subscriptions and premium feature access.
• Respond to support requests and user feedback.

Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of the application that are prominent in the requesting application’s user interface. Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize Google user data.

Google user data may be transferred to third-party service providers only when necessary to provide a user-requested feature or to operate, secure, and maintain the application.

Depending on how you use the app, Google user data or related processing may involve:

• Google — Google Account authentication and Gmail API access so the app can retrieve and manage your mailbox according to the permissions you grant.
• OpenAI — AI processing provider that may be used to generate and transform email content when the user requests an AI feature.
• Google Gemini — AI processing provider that may be used to generate and transform email content when the user requests an AI feature.
• xAI (Grok) — AI processing provider that may be used to generate and transform email content when the user requests an AI feature.
• DeepSeek — AI processing provider that may be used to generate and transform email content when the user requests an AI feature.
• Infrastructure, hosting, security, and operational providers — where necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the application. These providers may process information only as needed to provide the services we have engaged them to provide.

When a user explicitly requests an AI-powered email feature (for example, generate, rewrite, summarize, reply suggestions, translate, or proofread), relevant email content or user-entered text may be securely transmitted to one of the AI providers listed above (depending on the model or option selected in the app) solely to produce the requested result. That content is not transferred for advertising, data brokerage, or training of generalized / non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, data brokerage, selling information, creditworthiness assessment, lending, or other purposes unrelated to providing or improving user-facing functionality.

We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for training generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our Service.

AI Content Processing

• Text submitted by users for AI processing may be securely transmitted to one or more of the following third-party AI service providers to generate the requested result: OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI (Grok), and DeepSeek, depending on the option selected in the app.
• AI processing may be used for email generation, rewriting, replies, suggestion lists, summarization, translation, proofreading, grammar correction, tone adjustment, and related user-requested features.
• Google user data obtained through Google APIs is processed only to provide or improve user-facing functionality requested by the user.
• Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted or personalized advertising.
• Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending or otherwise using it.

Google Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality or as required by applicable law.

Where Gmail data is temporarily processed or stored by our services, it is retained only for the period necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain application security, resolve technical issues, or satisfy applicable legal obligations.

• Users may request deletion of Google user data associated with their account by contacting us at support@navynexa.com.
• Users may also disconnect their Google Account from the application or revoke the application’s access to their Google Account through their Google Account settings.
• When Google user data is no longer required for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we will delete it or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Disconnecting Your Google Account

Users can disconnect their Google Account from AI Email Writer at any time within the application (where available). Users may also revoke AI Email Writer’s access to their Google Account through their Google Account security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

After access is revoked, the application will no longer be able to access the user’s Gmail account through the revoked authorization. Any Google user data that is no longer required will be deleted in accordance with our data retention and deletion practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Security

• We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
• Data transmitted between your device and our services is encrypted in transit.
• Google Account connections use Google’s OAuth authorization system; we do not receive or store your Google Account password.
• Access to personal information and Google user data is limited to authorized personnel and systems that need it to operate the Service.
• Security practices are regularly reviewed and updated.

Your Rights

• Request information regarding your personal data.
• Request deletion of personal information and Google user data associated with your use of the app where applicable.
• Disconnect or revoke Google Account access as described above.
• Contact us regarding privacy-related questions or concerns.
• Stop using the application and remove locally stored information at any time.

Children's Privacy

• The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be published within the App and on our website.
