Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, accessing, or using AI Email Writer - AI Generator, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Service Description

• Connect a Google Account to manage Gmail as an email client within the application.
• View and manage Inbox, Unread, Sent, Drafts, Pinned/Starred, Archived, Trash, and related mailbox views.
• Read emails, mark messages as read or unread, pin/star or unpin/unstar messages, archive messages, move messages to Trash, and restore messages.
• Compose emails, create and manage drafts, reply to emails, and send emails from a connected Gmail account.
• Generate professional emails using artificial intelligence.
• Rewrite, improve, optimize, summarize, translate, and proofread email content.
• Receive suggestion lists and AI-assisted compose and reply features.
• Create business, personal, marketing, support, and professional communication templates.
• Provide grammar correction, tone adjustment, and writing enhancement tools.

Google & Gmail Integration

AI Email Writer may integrate with Google Gmail through Google’s OAuth authorization system. Users may voluntarily connect their Google Account to access email client and productivity features within the application.

• By connecting a Google Account, users authorize AI Email Writer to access and perform actions on Gmail data according to the permissions presented during Google’s authorization process.
• Depending on the permissions granted, the application may allow users to read, compose, reply to, send, draft, archive, star/pin, and manage Gmail messages, including moving messages to Trash and restoring messages.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and authorization to access and process the email accounts and information they connect to the application.
• Users may disconnect their Google Account or revoke the application’s Google authorization at any time through the app (where available) or via Google Account permissions.
• Use of Google user data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

• Use the application only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
• Review all generated content before sending or publishing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including email and anti-spam rules.
• Maintain the security of your device, Google Account, and any connected accounts.
• Only connect email accounts you are authorized to access and manage.

AI Generated Content

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
• Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.
• AI-generated content should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Prohibited Uses

• Generating fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Sending spam, phishing emails, or misleading communications.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the application.
• Violating intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
• Using Google or Gmail access for any purpose outside the features described in the Service and our Privacy Policy.

Subscription & Payments

• Certain premium features require an active subscription.
• Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store refund policies.

Disclaimer

• The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
• We are not responsible for actions taken in a connected Gmail account at the user’s direction (such as sending, deleting, or archiving messages).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navynexa Technologies LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. Users may stop using the Service and revoke Google access at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
